Außergewöhnlich

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, weitläufig und sauber. Die Zimmer der jeweiligen Kategorien sind entsprechend der Beschreibung. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer zur Straßenseite. Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet und verfügen über ein großes Bad. Das Frühstück als Buffet war jeden Morgen frisch. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich, aufgeschlossen und stand hilfreich für die Lösung von Fragen zur Verfügung. Zum Hotel gehört ein kleiner Strandabschnitt mit eigenen Liegen die inkludiert waren. Der Strand ist in 8 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Der Abschnitt wird auch durch einen Liveguard überwacht. Ein großer Parkplatz (kostenlos) steht zur Verfügung und es war zu jeder Zeit entspannt möglich dort zu parken.

Die Anlage grenzt an eine Straße, Durchgangsstraße, daher kann es z.T. etwas lauter sein (normale Autos stören nicht, nur Motorräder) Im Zimmer fehlen ein paar Möglichkeiten z.B. Jacken oder auch im Bad Handtücher zum trocknen aufzuhängen. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich.

Buena, pero no volvería

Las instalaciones son nuevas y la habitación es espaciosa. La comida del restaurant es muy buena pero muy costosa. La playa se encuentra a 400 metros de la propiedad y es muy linda.

El servicio no es de un hotel 4 estrellas. La atención de los empleados es desganada y solo uno hablaba otro idioma que no era italiano. El desayuno es escaso para la cantidad de huéspedes y uno tiene que acercarse a pedir café porque si no, no te atienden. A la ducha le falta presión de agua y hay mucha humedad en la habitación.

Hotel muy bonito.

Hotel recién estrenado en Junio, todo muy bonito limpio y nuevo. Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran la posibilidad de comunicación en español pero bueno uno al final se adapta.

Camas grandes pero no muy cómodas y almohadas muy bajas, eso por eso va a gustos. TV totalmente en italiano sin posibilidad de poner HDMI. Esta capado en la TV. Osea que no puedes conectar ningún TV stick o Android TV para poder almenos ver algo en español. Otra cosa que molestaba son las luces que lleva cuatro o cinco del router que está detrás de la TV, parecía una discoteca toda la noche parpadeando.

El hotel inagurado en Junio, es una especie de resort caribeño al estilo europeo. Las habitaciones amplias perfectas y limpias. La ubicacion es excelente, con un turismo muy italiano.Con la playa con tumbonas para clientes a escasos metros, y muy cerca de San Giovanni, excelente para dias ventosos. Los restaurantes, las tiendas, todo es muy local si quieres sumergirte en la cultura Sarda. A escasos metros de la caletta, un pueblo muy sardo con un monton de restaurantes, super, heladerias....y de Santa Lucia, visita imprescincible. El personal es muy amable, especialmente Luca, todo un amor. Nos recomendaron sitios muy buenos. El agua de la piscina a temperatura perfecta. El socorrista se va a las 6.30 , pero tu puedes estar en ella cuando quieras y hasta la hora que quieras, y tomar en ella cualquier cosa que quieras desde la habitacion.La piscina no es muy profunda. El desayuno muy rico, pero si es cierto que falta que cambien ya que todos los dias es igual.

No hablaban muy bien ingles, ni español, llegamos a entendernos pero con dificultad.Sucede en toda la zona, ya os digo que es cerdeña profunda. La wifi no llegaba a la habitacion. El parque infantil se cayo literalmente, ojo con eso! Podria haber sido una desgracia. Tienen un restaurante con menu a 30 euros adultos sin bebida. Poca variedad de comida , y para los niños solo gnochis con tomate. Con lo agradable que es el sitio podian tener mas variedad, para hacer comida o cena. En el desayuno zumo en polvo, y no hay cola cao ni nesquik. El bar esta abierto todo el dia y hacen coktails, pero necesitan mas salero para moverlo. Otra cosa que nos llamo la atencion en toda la zona es que no dejan claro los precios, en ningun sitio ni en ninguna carta.Y ojo, te llevas sorpresas muy negativas. No obstante merece la pena la experiencia de vivir el hotel en la zona que esta, las comodidades y sus posibilidades. Sin duda repetiremos!

Nice hotel, very clean but beware of weddings!

Nice open landscaped resort with well kept lawns. Spotlessly clean every where. Rooms cleaned daily, good size room like a small bungalow with patio doors onto tiled terrace and looking onto lawns, these were the superior rooms apparently. Nice large bathroom with glass door shower cubicle. Pool nice and open flat terrace with enough sun beds, there was a life guard on duty every day. Café & bar open each day nice food but very few snacks more meals which wasn’t so good. Breakfast had a long buffet bar, limited cooked offer every day : Bacon & scrambled eggs only. If you wanted a fried egg, or omelet with different additions ie cheese that was going to cost you! 2e for a fried egg and 5 euros for an omelet- I thought this was a bit ridiculous - why couldn’t they alternate fried eggs one day with scrambled another. Nice hot breakfast tea though served in mugs so that was good. The beach was 6 mins walk away you cross over a one way road to access it which is Ok. Nice beach with loungers free for hotel users. Life guard on duty also. Beach cafe not far away but the coffee in nearly all cafes was mainly frothy milk with a bit of coffee at the bottom- not good and served luke warm. Espressos were a better option. 10 minutes walk into town of La Calletta who had a varied selection of restaurants and cafes. A bit run down, not a smart resort but I liked the fact it wasn’t over touristy. Couldn’t see any local buses running- hotel didn’t have any information on local happenings which would of been nice but most guests had a car. A market is held on Sunday in San Giovanni, next residential area other side of harbour, takes 35 minutes to walk it - mainly clothes and gifty items but worth a visit, a few cafes there and a few restaurants on that side of the harbour. A shout out to the small café Velo, situated to the back of the port area, look for the blue lights, nice coffee there.

Beds were on the very firm side but pleased they weren’t soft. The only issue we had with the hotel was that it holds weddings, presumably only out of season. From the Saturday afternoon to 1am! Breakfast was chaotic that morning as we were moved in to café area, and tea and coffee service went into melt down which was rather annoying. The wedding venue was catered in The large breakfast / restaurant area but music sound system with karaoke was set up outside the restaurant where it over looks the pool area. No problem with all of that, the problem was the high volume of music that started around 3pm and it didn’t stop nor was the volume lowered at 11.30 or worst 12.00 midnight - music disco stoped at 12 but the karaoke went on until 1am, which was very inconsiderate of the guests who were staying there, the music was not well managed by management to make it suit both sets of guests. We still had a good stay and liked the hotel but it was a disappointing experience and one to be aware of when booking out of season. I would ask if they have any weddings booked whilst you are there, to be sure.

Beautiful and very clean, modern Hotel

The hotel is pretty new it seems. Everything, the buildings, the furnishings, ... is of high quality. Plus eveything was very clean. This made for a good experience. We enjoyed the breakfast menu, too. There were plenty of options and upon request, they provided gluten free options, too. The beach is great; the water was warm and beautiful, the sand was soft and almost white. The sunbeds provided by the Hotel were well positioned and also of goodquality.

There were just some minor grapes, nothing major. There is no shade on the parking spots. Also since everything is so new, the trees did not have time to grow as of yet, so the grounds can look a bit empty. The road croasing, when walking to the beach, was a bit awkward. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so we can't speak to that, but the one time we ate lunch at the bar was not very good; the food was bland and uninspired and over all too expensive.

The pool was perfect. Dinner in restaurant was nice.

Breakfast was terrible. Just bread and cheese and ham. And totally raw scramble. And if you want normal omelette, you should order for extra price.

Nice and clean, with improvement opportunities

Clean and calm hotel, rooms are nice. It has a private beach which is exceptional on the island. Breakfast was delicious with good options. Free parking with plenty of space, it was never an issue.

Private beach is nearby but still requires 10-minute walk, also through a busy road. We expressed in our messages before and while checking in that it was our honeymoon but did not see any attention to this detail. Check in at 16:00 is late and inconvenient.

Quiet beach stay on the very pretty property

The property is very pretty, spacious and very clean and well maintained. The food provided in the half board plan was excellent (dinner). The sports room was small but very well equipped and the swimming pool is perfect. The best thing is that the whole place is very quiet, even if there are quite some families with kids.

the breakfast was ok, good quality but not enough variety (we would have liked more fresh fruit and vegetables).

Brilliant HOTEL! would go back tomorrow!!

Great variety buffet breakfast, with cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, cold meets/cheese, yoghurts, & scrambled eggs/bacon. Calm & serene atmosphere with GREAT large pool a 5min walk to the beach (with complimentary designated umbrella/lounger area) Staff were superb - happy, nice level of banter & could not do enough! True service! Bar was good (excellent cocktails!) and short 10min walk into town for restaurants & supermarkets (closest one was probably only 3 or 4 mins); so we never ate dinner at hotel. Lunches were good at hotel. All resonably priced, especially for a good hotel.

Room had faulty airconditioner, so would not cool enough. Swapped rooms after 2 nights, but did take 3 attempts to solve. Minor/small issue - would have been good if there was somewhere to shower after vacating the room on the final day, as flights were late evening (10am checkout, left hotel at 4pm without showering after being in pool)
